Established in 1997, Williams Professional Services, LLC (WPS), formerly Spencer Williams & Associates, is a professional support services company.  WPS specializes in best-in-class approaches to integrated project management and support services -- orchestrating technical scope and approach, schedule, budget, and customer service.

 

 

WPS is a Vietnam-Era/Veteran-Owned company, certified in the US Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program since 1999.  WPS helps government and private sector clients solve demanding organizational problems.  Our systems-based solutions, encompass: technology, operations, training, regulation, policy and project management tools.  Critical activities that help federal clients to better manage and organize their programs and business practices constitute an essential part of WPS’ solution system.
